Submit a case

Complete the online questionnaire (±5 minutes). Case details can be copied and pasted in any language and submitted via computer or smartphone.

Patient information flyers are available in Dutch and French.

Please note that submitting a case to BITOX does not replace the obligation to report rare or unexpected adverse events to the FAMHP.

Questions handled

  1. Diagnosis and management of adverse events related to immune checkpoint inhibitors or T-cell engagers.
  2. Use of immunotherapy in patients with dysimmune conditions, including:
    • Transplant recipients
    • Chronic (viral) infections
    • Autoimmune disorders
    • Immunosuppression
    • Rechallenge after irAE
    • Other complex situations
  3. Safety of immunosuppressive treatment in patients with cancer.

Virtual multidisciplinary meetings

Cases are discussed during online Teams meetings held on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month (16:30–17:30).

Participants include oncologists, hematologists, organ specialists, and other interested healthcare professionals. If you cannot attend, your case can still be reviewed and a written recommendation will be provided.
