Aim: Share expertise, register cases, harmonize the management of adverse events (irAEs or T-cell engager toxicity), and identify clinically relevant research questions.

Complete the online questionnaire (±5 minutes). Case details can be copied and pasted in any language and submitted via computer or smartphone.
Patient information flyers are available in Dutch and French.
Please note that submitting a case to BITOX does not replace the obligation to report rare or unexpected adverse events to the FAMHP.
Questions handled
- Diagnosis and management of adverse events related to immune checkpoint inhibitors or T-cell engagers.
- Use of immunotherapy in patients with dysimmune conditions, including:
- Transplant recipients
- Chronic (viral) infections
- Autoimmune disorders
- Immunosuppression
- Rechallenge after irAE
- Other complex situations
- Safety of immunosuppressive treatment in patients with cancer.
Virtual multidisciplinary meetings
Cases are discussed during online Teams meetings held on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month (16:30–17:30).
Participants include oncologists, hematologists, organ specialists, and other interested healthcare professionals. If you cannot attend, your case can still be reviewed and a written recommendation will be provided.
